1.Masala Noodles Vermicelli Delight

Ingredients:

  • Tops Instant Masala Noodles
  • Tops Vermicelli Roasted
  • Vegetables of your choice (carrot, peas, capsicum, onions, etc.)
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Green chillies
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • Lemon – (optional, for tang)

Instructions:

  1. Roast the Tops Vermicelli Roasted lightly. If not already roasted, roast in 1 tablespoon of oil, then cook with 1.5 cups water and salt until tender, then drain and leave away.
  2. Put 1.5 cups of water to a boil, prepare Tops Instant Masala Noodles with the seasoning that comes with them, and then put them aside.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok, sauté minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chilies, then stir-fry chopped vegetables until tender-crisp.
  4. Add the cooked noodles and vermicelli to the vegetables, mixing gently to combine and adjusting salt as needed.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with lemon juice and fresh coriander.

2.Chocolate Kulfi Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • Tops Instant Mix Kesar Pista Kulfi
  • Tops Milk Shake Mix Chocolate Flavour
  • Chilled Milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Grated Chocolate (optional) – for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix 2 tbsp of Tops Instant Mix Kesar Pista Kulfi with 3 tbsp of milk to make a smooth paste.
  2. Blend the kulfi paste with 1 cup chilled milk, Tops Milk Shake Mix Chocolate Flavour, and ice cubes until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour the milkshake into a tall glass and garnish with grated chocolate before serving.

3.Chocolate Custard Cake Dessert

Ingredients:

  • Tops Cake Mix - Chocolate
  • Tops Custard Powder Kesar Pista
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Tops Drinking Chocolate – (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Bake the chocolate cake using Tops Cake Mix - Chocolate as per the instructions and let it cool completely.
  2. Mix 2 tablespoons of Tops Custard Powder Kesar Pista with 4 tablespoons of milk to make the custard. Add the mixture to boiling milk with sugar and heat until it thickens, then allow it to cool.
  3. Slice the cooled cake into cubes, arrange them in dishes or serving bowls, then pour the custard over the cake.
  4. Garnish with Tops Drinking Chocolate, chill for 30 minutes, and serve cold.

4.Schezwan Veggie Noodles

Ingredients:

  • Tops Plain Noodles
  • Tops Schezwan Hot (Spicy Chutney)
  • Tops Soya Sauce
  • Tops White Vinegar
  • Tops Red Chilli Sauce
  • Mixed vegetables (carrots, capsicum, cabbage)
  • Garlic
  • Oil

Instructions:

  1. Boil Tops Plain Noodles as per package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, sauté the minced garlic briefly, and stir-fry mixed vegetables on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add Tops Schezwan Chutney, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, and white vinegar, mixing all of them well.
  4. Toss the boiled noodles with the vegetable and sauce mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Serve hot as a spicy and flavorful main course.

5.Quick Pizza Bites

Ingredients:

  • Tops Pizza Pasta Sauce
  • Bread slices
  • Tops Green Chilli Sauce
  • Cheese (mozzarella or processed)
  • Mixed veggies (capsicum, tomato, onion, olives)
  • Butter

Instructions:

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice and pop it into a toaster until it turns golden brown.
  2. Spread a layer of TOPS Pizza Pasta Sauce on the toasted side. One can add a drizzle of TOPS Green Chilli Sauce.
  3. Get creative with your toppings by adding your favourite chopped veggies like onions, bell peppers, or mushrooms. Then, sprinkle some grated cheese.
  4. Place the loaded bread slices on a hot pan, cover, and grill for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Cut the pizza toasts into halves or quarters and serve them hot.
